We fully realize the inconvenience this has created. The OLA IT staff has been working diligently around the clock to restore things back to their normal condition. Please note that there are a few problems using some browsers and ISP's, we are trying to resolve them as quickly as we can. We recommend that you update whatever Browser you are using to the latest stable version that is offered by the provider (Not BETA's). For the best experience with our new site layout we recommend Firefox4.0.1 by Mozilla. The issue has been resolved and any customer that were mistakenly billed the original amount of $15.00 have had $10.00 returned to their credit card. | Date/Time: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 | Changed Auction End Time We have changed the auction End Time from selecting the End Date and Time to selecting the number of days to run. |
| Date/Time: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 | Changed Start Auctions We have made changes to the starting of auctions. All auctions that are set to start immediately will not run the scheduler but will be billed and started at the time the auction has been confirmed. The start auction script looks at the start time and if it is less than the current time plus 15 minutes the auction will start immediately. If the start time is greater than the current time plus 15 minutes then auction will be sent to the scheduler and will be set to start at the scheduled time. You will find scheduled auctions under the auction type menu in scheduled auctions. This should prevent the issues of auctions not starting when scheduled. You can continue to schedule auctions to start in the future by setting the start time on the date and time you wish the auction to start. The auction will then run for the number of days you selected ending at the time that was set for start. So if you set a start time of 10-10-08 6:30 PM and set the auction to run for 7 days. The auction will end at 10-17-08 6:30 PM. Remember all times are Pacific Standard Time. |

Starting next week on Monday Oct 20 we will be removing all Ended unsold, Canceled and Suspended Auctions from the system that are older than 90 days. If you have auctions in your Canceled Folder that you wish to keep please move them to your Saved folder before Monday Oct 20 12:00 AM PST This process will happen during non peak hours to prevent high system load and will span aproximimitly 3 to 5 days. |
