This is a Stereoview card from the Keystone View Co. The title is "19004 - Four of our Submarines in Dry Dock in Government Navy Yard" and was produced around 1920. The back has a lot of info about the submarines. The cards were issued with round corners.
Condition: One 1" crease. Some corner wear. Some flaking of the photographs. A tape stain on the back. The usual curl.
