Very very well done Ivory Netsuke carved at the end of 1800 to the first part of 1900. It features a man standing almost 2" high with long black hair and holding a huge fish. He has both a smiling face and a sad face. He is hand signed on the bottom. He comes with his own black laquored stand that raises him 5/8". He was verbally appraised by the appraisers at the Palmer Wirf show in July 2009.
