Danecraft holiday brooch is vintage and signed. The hallmark is an oval, with a C for copyright, (on the left) and with the name Danecraft written in script.
The pin is goldtone, with both a glossy and a matte finish.

Features a Christmas sleigh, with gifts and toys, and has 3 jingle bells hanging from the bottom.

Interesting history... the Primavera Brothers Jewelry Company, with Italian roots as suppliers of fine jewelry and silver beads, dating to the 17th century, was established in the US in 1920, by Victor and Thomas Primavera. Upon Thomas' death in 1934, Victor launched the Danecraft line, operating under the name Felch and Company. In 1940, Danecraft began operating independently. The name Danecraft is derived from Victor's preference for Danish silversmithing tradition and design. Danecraft is still operating today, and has been well known as an original manufacturer of quality costume jewelry available in finer department stores nationwide.
Being a treasure hunter, most of the items I offer are used, and come from a variety of sources. As such, these treasures may have been exposed, at some time, to smoke, allergens, pets, detergents, and other smells.
