San Francisco Music Box Company Musical Santa Decorating Tree W6
A musical Santa figurine from the SF Music Box Co! It is vintage, and features the statue on a wood pedestal base. Plays "We Wish You A Very Merry Christmas"!
I found this at a local antique fair. I have not been able to date it! The San Francisco Music Box Co label is easily readable on the bottom, near the wind-up mechanism for the music. There are no chips, cracks or scratches, but I do see some aging in the coloration. (It is a resin figure.)
Measures 7 1/2 inches tall. The base is 4 1/2 inches diameter.
I call this Santa Decorating Tree... I do not know it's original title. It depicts Santa decorating a small snow-capped tree, while surrounded by woodland creatures. (A cardinal, a fawn, a squirrel, a bunny, and a dove.) VERY CUTE!
The original box is NOT included.
