1. Log in to onlineauction.com

2. Make sure all your auctions have been removed (cancelled).

3. Hover your cursor over Account Setup on the left end of the Auction manager bar and select Membership from the drop down menu that appears.

4. Scroll down and select Basic Membership.

5. Scroll down and select No Payment Method (Basic Membership Only).

6. Scroll down and select I accept and agree to online auction policies, then click Update Information Button.

7. On the next page review your information for accuracy then Scroll down and select Confirm Change Button.

8. Done.

9. If correctly done you should receive a screen notice on your monitor informing you have successfully updated your membership information.
